Clarkie breathed a soft, relieved sigh when Arthur assured him that he was real. While there was that all too possible situation where he was a hallucination that was trying to convince him he wasn't, Clarkie was going to take his word for it for now.

"Yeah - I'm alright," he said. "I'm a bit tied up though." To prove this point, he moved his arm, causing him a wince as he rattled the chains that bound him to the chair. His hands and arms hurt the most but he'd be damned if he complained about that right now. All he wanted was to get the fuck out of her and quick.

"Then help me out of here and we'll make our hasty getaway, yeah," he said, looking in the direction of Arthur's voice. He hurt all over the place but he'd survive after they got away from his hell hole.
