They were a dangerous pair and it's part of what he's liking about this evening. That they are dangerous and deadly and could be wicked, and he's picked some of this up from her as well. He loves how it feels being out there, pretending to be one of the normal children, to be mortal and let them smile and laugh and know they could kill them all.

Or perhaps he's the only one thinking that.

"Oh Piper, one day you will learn how not sneaky I am. I leave that to my eldest brother," he says, thinking about how Elijah would never do something like this, wouldn't find the fun in casual and lighthearted and fun. "But tonight I can try and be nice. If you ask nicely," he teases, sinking into the seat beside her.

He glances over, frowning slightly.

"Are you going to die on me? I'm going to be upset to be abandoned."
