Before the prophecy went to absolute shit, Piper hadn't given much thought about what she heard regarding the Masters of the Mystic Arts, its sorcerers, or its very extensive library. Okay, she had thought about what the library may look like once or twice but she'd had Jordan and they were going to sort this out themselves.
Well, themselves and two vampires.
And then they didn't.
Adonis had gone underground, literally, and was gathering information from his new "friends".
In order to do what she could, she knew she had to learn everything. Which is how she ended up here. Outside of this, it was harder to find anyone who could match her strength and have the fortitude to push her as much as she needed to be pushed sometimes. Truth be told, she hadn't expected to be training with the Sorcerer Supreme himself but he was powerful and knowledgable. She didn't mind if he had to go and deal with whatever paranormal threat was threatening the world. She got it and understood it.
Truthfully, the arrogant ass pushed her when she needed it. She really liked that about him.
After some time and after (finally) finding enough peace to meditate, she realized her powers and her magic were still there and not only that but still growing. The only difference was that it was growing at a significantly slower pace than when Jordan was here. Which was better than the alternative, she supposes.
"I'm not that broken," she snarks, tossing him a look and flicking a flame in his direction that she was sure he would dodge as easily as he was floating there.
Okay, at least not as broken as she was when she'd arrived.
Piper breathes in the chilly air slowly and exhales. "I can handle fire and telekinesis but water requires a different emotional state than one I've found myself in recently," she says but frowns. "You would think that ice shards though would be easy to summon though."
She holds out her hands and focuses on what she's read and what he's said to her before. She focuses on the calming flow of water and begins imagining a ball of water forming in her hand - so used to summoning fireballs in that way.
She felt a drop of water land on her open palm and narrowed a look. Was that water she summoned or was that from the sky above?
please let me know if I need to change anything!
