Street racer and probably smarter than most.
Vampire. King of Hell. General pain in the ass.

There's nothing in Nico's life that has him wanting to live what most call a normal life. He put in his time, did military service, and now he just wants to enjoy life. Which is what brought him to New Orleans. The weather's turning in the surf cities and he just wants to enjoy some good drinks, a few scares maybe, and a lot of partying.
He's stretched out on the concrete around a fountain, lazily eating grapes from a container resting on his stomach. Until there's a wash of energy over him. It's New Orleans and there's energy everywhere but this, this is like nothing he's ever felt before.
He sits up instantly, gasping and fumbling with the container as grapes go spilling over the courtyard and rolling away from him.
"Well damn."
He's stretched out on the concrete around a fountain, lazily eating grapes from a container resting on his stomach. Until there's a wash of energy over him. It's New Orleans and there's energy everywhere but this, this is like nothing he's ever felt before.
He sits up instantly, gasping and fumbling with the container as grapes go spilling over the courtyard and rolling away from him.

It’s been a few months since Piper and her guys brought her back and she was still adjusting. She wasn’t mad and even though she didn’t remember it, according to Piper, she had given a positive response to being brought back.
They did say they’d always bring the other back if one of them managed to die so it was nice Piper followed through!
She was glad to be here. To be given this chance. But everything was different. Of course it was, it’s been over ten years! She didn’t even know everything that’s happened yet but she saw the look in Piper’s eyes and the look in Ben’s… well Adonis now, she knew there was a lot.
And that was the biggest change of all.
Ben. Adonis. He wasn’t hers anymore and it wasn’t like she could blame him. Of course he would have moved on after ten years. They’d talked and we’re okay. She needed time to figure out who she is now and what she wants in her life.
She’s been in New Orleans since she was brought back, staying with Piper until she got her new paperwork and refamiliarizing herself with her old home. Despite working with Ms. Fabienne herself since her return, her magic was still out of control and it was frustrating as hell.
It’s that feeling of frustration and impatiences that causes the wave of energy to wash over the area. She had taken a seat on a bench near the fountain to take some time to connect to herself and the sound of water had always helped her in the past but it still wasn’t helping.
She opens her eyes and widens them when she spots a guy sit straight up with a container of spilled grapes.

She stands and quickly picks up the fallen grapes. “Jesus Jordan,” she mutters and offers them to him though she doesn’t think he would want them now!
“Here you go,” she says with a sheepish smile.
They did say they’d always bring the other back if one of them managed to die so it was nice Piper followed through!

He's watching her though, narrowing in quickly at how she moves, the energy that moves with her. It's unlike anything he's ever seen or felt, and he wishes it wasn't rude to literally ask someone what they are. He doesn't even mean to be rude about it. He just wants to know.
Instead though he watches as she gathers the grapes, taking them from her. He does smile at that though.
"Thanks. They're really sweet, so glad not to lose them. Also, bad season for fruit. Flooding killed a lot of it." And he feels the pangs of hunger over it. Not that he can't eat imported, but depending on how its grown, the taste if awful. Modifications and all.
"Uhmmm, you're not from around here, are you?"
As if he is, but it seems the closest to the questions he wants to ask.

As she steps closer to him, she recognizes the telltale sign of someone not quite human, and in a city like New Orleans, it would be no surprise to her if he was a vampire. He wouldn't be the first vampire that she's outside in the sunlight. Ben and David often did, though they did have a pendant they wore.

She tilts her head and gives him a laugh. "I was born here and grew up here but left when my cousin and I graduated high school. It's been a long time since I've been back. What, is it written all over my face that I feel like a practical stranger in my hometown?"
Not to mention the decade that she was literally dead and was only magic in a house for that time. Though by all appearances, it wouldn't look like she'd been out of school for that long.

Dom had been drawn to sites of magic even before he had been turned. He had felt the energy thrum through his feet, drawn up in his hands, and now that he was turned it only made it seem even stronger in their pull.
