All I ask for is food - that little hole-in-the-wall place we used to go to a lot, maybe.

I think that would be a great place. The one we went to when we first got here?
I know a great place in the Hollywood Hills to look out over the city... and bungee jump maybe? Or there's a place to catch a chopper over LA.

Yes! If they're still alive and well. With the whole gentrification bullshit happening...

Oooh, bungee jumping is something we haven't done yet. Let's do that.

Looking into it, I think they are. We need to get back their more often to keep them going. Maybe post race stops with everyone.

Right? I was considering something we haven't done and could do together.

Agreed. I know I'd never argue making it a post race stop. Doubt anyone else would either.

Sounds like a done deal to me.

Maybe put the word out. Could get them regular business.

We haven't had a place like that in a while.

I'll make arrangements. Any car you want me to "pick you" up with?

Perfect. We definitely should keep the place going.

Yeah well, I do. Guess I need to do some detailing this week. Make sure I'm impressive.

Agreed. I refuse to see a great place like that close because it's not "trendy" enough.

Please, you're always impressive. But you know, I think I know of a great place who does some killer detailing...

You know, you say that, but until now we've been friends and family. Dating is a whole other story.

Yeah, you’re right. But I’ve also known how you’ve treated other dates.

[theirdon]

Yeah well, you're worth me doing what I can for you.

I'm honestly looking forward to it.

I think we need this.

I think it's been a long time coming, honestly. I should have been willing to ask sooner.

So how long have you thought about it?

That I realized I wanted more with you than just the best friend I've ever had?

Longer than I can remember.

Damn. While I may only have recognized it for what it was more recently, I always knew that if there were a man for me, it would be you.

There's never been any other choice.

Yeah, that's me too. I think I've always known but then... I think it was less there was a guy for me, but that there was more people for me than just you and that I wasn't sure what to do with.

Once I got over that, it all makes sense.

Yeah, I get that.

It makes sense that it's the four of us. Ever since they came into our lives, I'm not sure there was ever any other option.

Yeah, I'm realizing that as well. They really are so important to me. Just as you are.
