Speaking of, I've been practicing. I nicked a few of Adonis's letters to try out.

We'll make it happen, I don't think Nina will mind me speaking for her in this case. Also, I hear Lantsov’s prattle so much these days that I’m unfortunately starting to understand him even when he does speak Ravkan. It was much easier to tune him out when I didn’t.

Hm, probably. I think it also has something to do with your 'what you see is what you get' personality. Unless, of course, you're on a job and you have to be someone else.

What you see is what you get unless I’m making something disappear to annoy you. I find that also a valid use of my time and a vital component of my personality.

[Most times Kaz Brekker acts like the old man he is and sometimes he makes it very obvious why he’s best friends with Jesper.

I'd say you'll pick up the wrong bottle next time but I'm guessing that's happened before in Wylan's lab.

I like the addition of 'usually' to that statement.

It has not. I’ve never picked up a wrong bottle.

[Because Wylan realized that the most terrifying man in the Barrel who had kept him alive for months by sheer terrifying reputation turned into a four year old around chemicals he never had the chance to explore, and needed such guidance.]

I always cover my bases. When you really want it back you send me unpleasant warnings, anyway.
